Weekend Orders: Please note that orders submitted during the weekend will be systematically dispatched on the subsequent Monday.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We keep international delivery straightforward by offering a universal flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD to any destination worldwide. Following dispatch, the estimated transit duration for your parcel is between 10 and 20 business days.
3. Understanding Transit Delays
On rare occasions, occurrences beyond our corporate influence—including localized postal bottlenecks, international carrier disruptions, or detailed customs examinations—may prolong transit times. Should these unforeseen events arise, we appreciate your patience and cooperation.
4. Real-Time Consignment Tracking
You can easily monitor your parcel's itinerary. As soon as your order leaves our facility, we will send an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking code. You can input this number into a universal courier directory such as: www.17track.net (Please note: It can take a few business days for the carrier to index and initialize the tracking status online.)
5. Split Shipments & Partial Deliveries
If your order consists of multiple items, they may be dispatched in separate parcels from different regional fulfillment centers to optimize delivery speed. Do not worry—the rest of your items are on the way. You will receive a distinct tracking notification in your inbox for every individual parcel sent.
6. Urgent Modifications & Data Corrections
Our processing sequence moves rapidly, making any data adjustments highly time-sensitive. If you notice an error in your shipping coordinates (address, contact name, or telephone number) or wish to modify an item’s configuration (such as quantity, color, or size), you must contact us within 12 hours of completing your purchase.

If you are unavailable when the courier arrives, they will typically leave an attempted delivery card and hold your package securely at your closest municipal post office. We highly recommend contacting your local postal handler with your tracking ID as a primary step.

8. What to Do If Your Delivery Is Delayed
If your package appears to be taking longer than the standard window, please follow this two-step troubleshooting guide:

Review Your Tracking Activity: Check the date of the most recent log update. If there has been activity within the past 7 days, your consignment is still progressing normally through the carrier network.

Initiate an Inquiry: If your tracking history remains entirely stagnant for more than 7 consecutive days, please reach out to support@carzeny.com with your purchase details, and we will open an investigation for you.
9. Lost, Misplaced, or Stolen Consignments

Lost in Transit: If an official carrier investigation concludes that your package was lost during its journey before delivery, we will arrange a complimentary replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.

Confirmed Deliveries: Our legal liabilities transfer upon delivery confirmation. We do not provide refunds or replacements for packages that go missing after the tracking history status updates to "Delivered." If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please consult with property management, family members, or immediate neighbors.
