Please be explicitly advised that all transactions executed on our Platform are final. carzeny does not accommodate standard returns, buyer's remorse, or product exchanges. The absolute sole exceptions to this regulation are instances where an item is officially verified to have a manufacturing flaw, transit damage, or if an incorrect product was mistakenly dispatched.

2. Discrepancies, Damages, & Product Defects

We take great pride in our rigorous quality control protocols. However, if your merchandise arrives faulty, damaged, or unaligned with what you purchased, your primary step must be to notify our support staff directly. We are fully dedicated to investigating your case to arrange an equitable remedy.

  • Mandatory Inspection Window: You must thoroughly examine your package upon arrival and file a formal claim with us within 7 days following the carrier's recorded delivery date.

    1. Your exact Order ID and the specific email address used at checkout.

    2. A comprehensive description detailing the exact nature of the damage or mistake.

    3. Clear, high-resolution photographs or video clips visibly demonstrating the verified flaw, error, or structural damage.

3. Claim Evaluation & Resolutions

Our internal review team will assess your submitted evidence individually on a case-by-case basis to determine validity. Approved claims will be resolved using one of the following methods, depending on the severity of the issue:

  • Scheduling a complimentary replacement order to be shipped out.

  • Issuing a partial refund to compensate for diminished value.

  • Authorizing a full refund for the affected item.

4. Financial Rebursement Processing

Once a partial or full refund is formally authorized for your claim, the credit will be automatically processed back to your initial payment source. These funds generally reflect in your account within 7 to 12 business days. Please understand that the exact posting date depends entirely on the processing speed and policy parameters of your banking institution or credit card provider.

5. Product Exchange Restrictions

We do not operate a standard exchange framework. Item replacements are strictly reserved for products that were structurally defective or compromised during initial transit, and are contingent upon a formal claim being reviewed and authorized by our staff.

6. Strict Prohibition on Unauthorized Returns

  • Any parcels sent back to us without an approved claim and prior written authorization will be systematically rejected at our facilities. We hold no liability for these unauthorized shipments and cannot offer tracking, refunds, or replacement items for packages returned without consent.
